What we collect

When you send a stay request, we receive the details you submit: name, email address, preferred room, check-in and check-out dates, optional notes, and any extras you tick (for example transfers or late arrival). We do not take payment details on this website.

Why we use your data

We use this information only to answer your request, confirm availability and price by email, and organise your stay. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the request form.

Legal bases

We process request data because it is needed to take steps at your request before a possible contract (a stay), and because we have a legitimate interest in running a small guesthouse and responding to enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep request correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and stay, then delete or archive it in the normal course of running the guesthouse. We do not keep request data longer than necessary for that purpose.

Your rights
